ESV SIR (CHIEF) EMMANUEL OKAS WIKE, PNIVS, RSV

ESV Emmanuel Okas Wike was studied at the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, (now Rivers State University) Nkpolu.
He worked in the firm of Knight Frank & Rutley (now Knight Frank) from 1991 to 2000 when he established the firm of Emma Wike and Partners where he is the Principal Consultant and Head of firm till date.
He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, registered Surveyor, member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), African Real Estate Society (AfRES), and International Facility Management Association (IFMA), International Right of Way Association (IRWA) to mention a few. Emma Okas Wike was Honorary National Publicity Secretary of NIESV in 2008, Chairman of the Rivers State Branch from 2010-2012.
He was elected the Second Vice President of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in 2016, rose to become the First Vice President in 2018 and unanimously elected the President and Chairman of The Council in 2020 – a position he occupies till date.
He’s a member of Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture and Chairman of Environmental Pollution Control Trade Group.
He has won many humanitarian service awards within and outside the Rotary International.
