Folakemi Oloye

A graduate of Mathematics and Statistics from the prestigious University of Lagos, Folakemi is the Creative Director and CEO of Teal Harmony Designs. She also holds a certificate in Disruptive Strategy and Innovation from Harvard Business School, a certificate in Entrepreneurship Management from Lagos Business School and a certificate in Interior Design from Interior Design Institute, USA.
Prior to starting the company, she worked at West Africa Vocational Education where she led the employer partnership sub-division and Anthony Somefun Ltd ( Bupa International Representative) as a business development executive.
Her extensive work background experience cuts across business development, client management, media, e-commerce, sales and marketing. She was recently acknowledged and selected for The African Women Entrepreneurs Cooperative Program – a business and management development learning initiative focused on applied learning and collaborative experiences to ensure business impact and the creation of a pan-African network of entrepreneurs.
Folakemi is the founder of Baton Rouge – a CSR initiative that supports young women by giving them mentoring and intership-opportunities in women-led businesses.
