Dr Michael oladiji

Dr Michael Oladiji is a visionary trailblazer, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the premier University; University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
He later bagged a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Operational Management at same premier University – University of Ibadan.
He also holds a doctorate Degree from Swiss School of Business & Management, Geneva, Switzerland.
Dr. Michael also holds an International Diploma from the International Institute in Germany (IIW) through its Authorized National Body (ANB), he is a certified Oracle 10G database Administrator from the Oracle University (USA).
Had professional training and certification in Information Technology (Network Desktop specialists), he’s a member of the advertising practitioner council of Nigeria (Apcon)
In 2013 he was honored by the City & Guilds of London – Through the Department for Protective Systems (DPS) in Dubai UAE.
He’s a fate foundation Alumni (AEP64).
Currently, Michael is responsible for leading Ruston Group business operations, development and technology strategy as Group President.
He has a portfolio of transferable skills with about 2 decade vast experience across various business units; Sales & Marketing, corporate & marketing communications, business operations, development and strategy, with core competence in Information Communication Technology (ICT).
In 2015, he joined other prominent leaders of taught and was conferred with the kwameh Ukrumah Leadership Award.
He has attended several trainings and holds various certifications in diverse fields.
